Theo claims to be regulated by US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). We searched the FinCEN and found a matching result. However, FinCEN is not the regulator in charge of forex and CFD brokers. The truth is that Theo is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law.
