I have been a forex trader for so many years. I have also invested my funds with several brokers but as a smart trader, it is always good to diversify your portfolio and deal with more than one broker. There came Tifia.com, the broker looked good and safe for investment of any sort until my experience. This ECN broker has a terrible customer service and this is the most important aspect of any business. The ability to keep every customer satisfied. Their support team are made up of people who simply do not care. They are unable to solve the simplest complaint. After trading my securities for a while, i decided to place a withdrawal after my profit had accumulated. To my greatest surprise, my withdrawal wasnt completed and the situation has remained the same uptill this moment. I cant hide my dissapointment so I'm am using this medium as an opportunity to appeal to every forex trader out there to stay away from Tifia.com. There are worthy competitors out there that guarantee a good experience but Tifia.com simply isnt one broker you can trust with your funds.

This broker is good in deposits and withdrawals, very fast. But, there are issues which can bring them down. When you place a pending order, the execution price is different from your order. This is frequently happening, I don't know if they are aware of it or not. Secondly, at the close of markets, especially on Fridays, if you are in profit and lock trades, you may end up being stop considering the wide spread at the close hour and when the market is opened,this does not goes to normal immediately until after a while, which can sometime be injurious to your account as stops are usually hit. Still I don't know if they are aware of it or not. These two things had affected my trades. I thought they would not happen again but I was wrong. I have lost money due to these issue. Please check these as I am still interested in trading with you if all these issues are resolved.

On 22nd March,2019, this broker charged me 64.47 EUR for a withdraw and they told me "this was the correspondent bank commission" when I asked why. So I asked "would you be kind to tell me your intermediary/correspondent bank of Vanuatu Limited?" and they answered me on March the 4th that "In this case, the correspondent bank was National Australia Bank Limited." BE aware of these high costs on withdrawal of this broker! Also, Skrill charges 1% of the amount (not available for me). I suggest you choose a cheaper one. There is no reason to use Tifia.
