Top Earners Africa claims it is operated and owned by TE Markets Limited, a company registered in Seychelles with registration number 224001. However, we did not find any match results to TE Markets Limited in the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA). So Top Earners Africa is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is highly impossible that you can get your money back if things go wrong. Therefore, it is a scam.
