Topforexechange displays a certificate purportedly from Companies House (CH). However, the company name on the certificate is "2suremarketdesk," which appears to have no connection to Topforexechange and does not exist in the CH register.
Topforexechange claims to be globally licensed without any valid foundation or justification. The UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against this purported British entity for lacking the necessary authorization.
In essence, Topforexechange is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
