  • 2022-11-22 BrokersView has Reviewed that TradeMTFS is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    TradeMTFS claims its company launched in 2017 and presents some awards it earned from 2016 to 2019. But when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2021. So how could it start its business in 2017 and earned those awards? It is a red flag here.

    Besides, TradeMTFS claims it registered as an International Business Company in the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) with registration number 13210649. We indeed find a match result to this broker in CH, but CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation.

    As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not find any match results for this broker in FCA.

    The truth is, TradeMTFS is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
