    In an attempt to appear regulated, TSA Forex displays logos of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB), and the 

    Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) at the bottom of its homepage. However, the CNMV has denied the claim by issuing a warning against TSA Forex. And our search for this company in the CySEC and the CONSOB registers didn't find any matching records.

    In essence, TSA Forex is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
