  • 2022-07-24 BrokersView has Reviwed that UAG TRADE ASIA is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    UAG TRADE ASIA claims it is incorporated in Cambodia as a Financial Company and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SERC). However, we did not find any match results to UAG TRADE ASIA in the Derivative Broker list of SERC. Besides, please be informed that SERC is not a regulatory body that issue license for forex trading or regulate entities involving forex services. The truth is that UAG TRADE ASIA is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
