  • 2024-02-27 BrokersView has Reviewed that UNITRADE MARKET is an Unregulated Broker

UNITRADE MARKET claims to be a company incorporated in England and Wales under registered
no. 14796205 and regulated by National Futures Association (NFA) under license no. 0556107.

We searched the UK Company House and NFA and indeed found corresponding entires, but it is crucial to note that having registration with the CH does not mean being authorized to provide financial services, and UNITRADE MARKET is not an NFA member and thus not subject to the regulator's oversight. Its NFA ID is only for tracking purposes only.

To operate as this type of broker in the UK, a company must be regulated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), but UK FCA issued a warning that UNITRADE MARKET was providing finacial services or products without authorisation.

The truth is that UNITRADE MARKET is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
