VitalInvest provides no details given regarding their legal form. This platform is allegedly domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia, where no authorities responsible for regulating forex trading.

Furthermore, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) warns consumers about VitalInvest, which is providing financial and investment services via vitalinvest.org without the required authorisation.

BaFin even discovered that employees of VitalInvest have used fake information to deceive customers: They told customers that the platform operates in the United Kingdom and is registered there, but there are no indications that the platform is registered with the British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Employees of the platform have also referred to a licence from the FISEU, a fake supervisor which BaFin has issued a warning against.

In essence, VitalInvest is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.

    VitalInvest is unequivocally a scam.
