    Volex Capital Investment claims it has 10 years of experience in the trading market. However, we found it was created on 28 Nov 2021 by checking its domain. So where do its 10 years of experience come from? It is a red flag.

    Volex Capital Investment also claims to be registered in the United States and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). As per United States law, it shall be regulated by the United States National Futures Association (NFA) to provide forex services. However, we found no matching result in NFA. 

    Moreover, we found a warning issued by MFSA. This regulator issued a warning that Volex Capital Investment is not a Maltese registered Company nor licenced or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any investment services or other financial services which are required to be licenced or otherwise authorised under Maltese law.
