VICTORIA CAPITAL wont allow me to withdraw

CONTENT In February, I added a beautiful woman on telegram who said she was doing finance in Hong Kong, she told me about the platform and said she could teach me how to operate, then I deposited 700,000 in victoriacapital and made a profit of 1.32 million, then I asked to withdraw, but the customer service asked me to pay 10% personal tax. After I paid for it, I was not allowed to withdraw my money for various reasons.Now I have about a total of 2 million in my account that I can't withdraw, can you help me?
