I am from Hong Kong. The first time I made a profit in Vantage was 13/11/2024. After that, I tried to withdraw my funds, but the error message "Please contact our staff..." appeared.
I was told to comply with AML procedures and ask for various documents, but I still cannot get back my funds after submitting the required information. (approximately 10K USD)
