I deposited money to trade international futures at Lion Brokers. On December 24, 2024, I submitted a withdrawal of $10,000, but it said the withdrawal failed. The customer service dragged on and did not process it. All the account managers I contacted lost contact. One of them said he had health problems and recommended a new account manager. The new account manager found that the withdrawal was indeed delayed. Finally, he told me that he was laid off and left me an email account to send an email to their company headquarters. I resubmitted the withdrawal application on January 7, 2025. It has been April so far, and it has not been received. It has been showing as being processed.
