All my withdrawal requests before 2021 are passed normally, probably take 2-3 days. On Jun 3, the withdrawal did not arrive. So I sent an email to customer service. They replied that they want me to provide KYC. But my account are used for more than 3 years and such things never happened.
So I submitted KYC but my application is still rejected. I have to request to withdraw a total of $779.6 again and again. Hope you guys can help me.
