mpart5663 Replenished the Complaint
2024-01-29

Last week I filed a complaint about MacroFxTrade because I thought that they were not going to respond to my situation. To my surprise the company has responded to my grievance and they told me that they are working on correcting the issue that I had with receiving my profit. I regret posting a complaint about them so quickly because it looks like they really are a legitimate company. I've received a response that they want to work with me to figure out a solution to help me with the problem that I have.

https://macrofxtrade.com Invested $500 last year and they said that I made over $28,000 but had to pay commission fees of $5608. I didn't realize that I needed more out of pocket money to get my profit. I didn't have the money so I let it go. Then this year I received a text message telling me that I cold pay $2500 as a special and that I could pay the remaining commissions after my withdrawal. I paid the $2500 and was told that my withdraw was processing but the next day I received a text saying that my withdrawal didn't go through because they changed the computer system and that I would need to pay the rest of the commission fees. I requested a refund of the $2500 but they said that they can't do that. I also had fees when I paid the $2500. I sent the commission fees in two different transactions and had a fee of $29.30 and one of $43.80. I would like to recover the $2500 plus the fees $29.30 and $43.80 and the original $500.
