On 6th August 2024, I had initiated a deposit process of ₹3000 through UPI. It remained in processing for two days and then started showing as failed. I registered a complaint afterward. After 14 days, they replied saying that the amount had not been received by Quotex and that I must have gotten a refund according to the bank’s policy. However, I didn’t receive any refund. I provided my bank statement, but they kept declining it. They were asking for proof from the bank stating that my withdrawal was successful and that I didn’t receive the refund. I somehow managed to get that proof. I submitted the documents on 9th October 2024, and until now, I haven’t received any refund. Since yesterday, they aren’t even responding to my messages.
