I am extremely frustrated with KCEX (https://www.kcex.com/). My $1050 USDT is frozen due to supposed “abnormal behavior” in my account (UID: 12986566). Despite being fully KYC-verified and previously withdrawing large sums without issue, KCEX is now demanding additional documents, including hand-held photos and proof of funds, which feels excessive. I denied providing these extra documents, so now they’re making me wait 7 days, which is unreasonable.
This all started after their 0% withdrawal fees promotion. Be cautious with their changing practices!
