Dear Skyline Trading,


I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding unresolved issues with my account(s) on your platform, specifically involving a pending withdrawal request (Transaction ID #3470) and the inability to complete internal balance transfers to my wallet.


Timeline of Events

  1. Funding & Trading: I deposited a significant amount and actively traded on your platform in good faith.
  2. Withdrawal Request Submitted: I submitted a withdrawal request, which has remained in a pending state without any update or explanation for an extended period.
  3. Unclear Manager Assignment: The names Enday Gray and Ahmed Magdy appeared during ticket creation, but I have never had any direct communication with them.
  4. Primary Contact Ineffective: My assigned contact person, Sayyed Oarvezalam, has failed to provide meaningful support or updates despite multiple follow-ups.
  5. Internal Transfers Not Processing: I have also been unable to convert my balance to wallet or process any internal transfers, with no communication about why this is happening.


Key Concerns

  • Unexplained Delay: My withdrawal request remains pending without status updates, which is unacceptable for any legitimate financial platform.
  • Internal Transfer Restrictions: I cannot access my own funds even via internal conversion, further limiting my ability to manage my account.
  • Lack of Communication: I have received no formal responses, explanations, or resolution timeline.
  • Multiple Accounts Affected: I have two active accounts on your platform, both experiencing the same issues.


What I Am Requesting

Please consider this my formal complaint, and I respectfully request:

  1. Immediate update and release of my pending withdrawal
  2. Immediate resolution of internal wallet transfer issues
  3. A written explanation detailing the cause of these delays and what steps are being taken to resolve them
