At the beginning of this month, I discovered that my account could no longer be used for transactions. Even logging in repeatedly did not work. There was still more than 500 usd in it. I contacted customer service and they said that the original account system could no longer be used. They gave me a new account and the balance remained unchanged. Yesterday, I was thinking that the account and the backend were not connected properly, and it would be inconvenient to deposit and withdraw funds at that time. Then I wanted to make changes in the backend, but found that I could not enter the backend deposit and withdrawal window.
