The broker Aximtrade has been complained about by many traders recently.
We've tried to contact the broker but did not get a response.
It is recommended that you report the case to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission(ASIC).
The below documents are required when reporting to the regulator:
1. Your real account number on the platform
2. Complaints related to transaction records
3. Screenshots of communication records

I have been in talks with the CS agents everyday but all they tell me is the same thing over and over again. Some of my withdrawal are still pending to this day in which you can see one of my withdrawal was submitted on 10th of August 2023. Im starting to doubt this company. Im starting to think that they dont have enough money to pay out their clients. One of my withdrawals is only Rm183 (40USD approx.) Their main reason or excuse for the delay is their payment provider is having difficulties to 'process' the payment to the client. But its already been 3 months since my first withdrawal.
