Hi, I have requested a withdrawal and it has been almost two months, it's status shows successful but the amount has not been credited to my account. I have reached out support but they keep on sending me the same canned response stating their account department is investigating the issue, but still they haven't given me my money. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks
