25% Re-Deposit Bonus in Fair Markets

The 25% Redeposit Bonus program is available to all existing retail and IB clients who deposit a minimum amount of $500.

The bonus amount will be added to the account and can be used as a trading margin for two calendar months from the time of deposit.

Terms and Conditions

1. ORGANIZATION

GK Trade International Limited (FairMarkets is a trademark of GK Trade International Limited) is a company registered and located in the Mauritius and does not solicit or accept customers that reside in or are domiciled in the United States or its territories.

2. PARTICIPANTS

The 25% Redeposit bonus can be applied to all existing retail and IB clients.

3. ELIGIBILITY

a. All applicants must be 18 years old or over, subject to our general Terms of Business and Terms and Conditions.

b. All new clients who meet the requirements of our Terms and Conditions are eligible to apply for the bonus promotion.

c. If an eligible Client has been disqualified from the Offer for any reason, he/she cannot apply for the same promotion again.

4. RESTRICTIONS

a. No staff members, and/or their relatives, of GK Trade International Limited or any associated company, may take part in this promotion.

b. The offer is limited to one per household and one per person. Bonus will be credited in one account only, even if clients have multiple accounts and deposits in their accounts.

c. This trading credit bonus cannot be transferred between trading accounts within FairMarkets.

d. Trading account of a client will not be credited with the bonus if that account is already subject to another promotion.

Exception to this rule is 20% Cash Deposit Bonus. Clients can receive 25% Redeposit Bonus after she/he received 20% Cash Deposit Bonus. However maximum amount of bonus a client can receive is $11,000 in total including 20% Cash Deposit Bonus.

e. This promotion is valid for MT4 account only.

5. MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTION

a. The bonus promotion is 25% of the each deposit amount.

b. The bonus cannot exceed $5,500. Redeposit bonus can be applied multiple times. However maximum amount of bonus a client can receive is $11,000 in total.

c. The bonus will be valid for two calendar months from the time that the bonus has been credited to the account.

d. The bonus will only be used as a margin of trading.

e. The client can submit a bonus request no later than 5 business days after the deposit. Requests submitted outside of this time limit will not be processed.

f. Clients may apply to this bonus offer by requesting via phone or sending an e-mail to local representatives or to support@fairmarkets.mu

g. The trading credit bonus has no effect on stop-out level.

6. TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

a. If an eligible client withdraws the whole deposit amount from his/her account during the promotional period, the account will be disqualified from the offer.

b. FairMarkets is not responsible for informing the client when the bonus is removed from the account.

7. FURTHER CONDITIONS

a. GK Trade International Limited reserves the right to amend, cancel or restrict this offer to any applicant or customer.

b. If FairMarkets detects that the client has abused the terms of this promotion, FairMarkets reserves the right to withdraw the trading credit bonus or terminate the client access to the services provided by FairMarkets.

c. If FairMarkets detects that the client has abused the terms of this promotion by hedging his/her positions internally or externally, or by any other suspicious methods, FairMarkets reserves the right to withdraw the trading credit bonus or terminate the client access to the services provided by FairMarkets. The abuse includes hedging, scalping and any kind of breach on the system.

d. FairMarkets reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions of this trading credit bonus promotion without client’s consent.
