AETOS Capital Group UK Limited (AETOS UK), a wholly owned subsidiary of AETOS Capital Group (AETOS) that operates as a world-renowned broker headquartered in Sydney, has posted its annual financials for 2021 ending on March 31.
Reportedly, AETOS UK posted a total turnover of £863,726 for the period, suffering a 54% drop than that of last year. Additionally, the broker has experienced two consecutive years' turnover decline, with a turnover of £1.89 million in FY2020 and £2.08 million in FY2019.
In terms of sales cost, it reduced sharply to £29,517 in 2021, compared to the previous year's figure of £709,881. And the administrative cost saw a severe decline with only £834,659.
According to the Companies House filing, AETOS UK's principal activities during the year continued to be the provision of brokerage services to deal in financial products for retail and wholesale clients. Besides, the filing noted that the company had applied to vary its regulatory permission with the FCA including removal of permission to hold client monies. Some application was subsequently approved by the FCA on 18 June 2020.
