User Reviews for Alpari International

We went looking up user reviews for Alpari International and found that there are more negative reviews than positive ones, with low overall ratings, the highest percentage of one-star poor reviews, and all of the recent reviews released are bad ones. However, the total number of users making reviews is small.

The only two 5-star reviews were left at the end of 2022, with one user stating that Alpari offers a good trading environment and that he did not experience delays and network problems, while another was satisfied with timely withdrawals. 

Moderate reviews were posted a bit back in time, but still have some reference value. The following two users said that they had been using the broker for quite some time and hadn't encountered any big problems. However, Martin made some suggestions for improvement, saying that Alpari's support for deposit and withdrawal methods is not comprehensive enough and that investor protection is not good enough. 

We see on Alpari's website that it offers a wide range of deposit/withdrawal options, but for the time being there's no Paypal or debit card support as Martin would like to see. 

As for the €20,000-per-client protection, that's provided by the independent third-party dispute resolution organization, the Financial Commission (FinCom), as Alpari has been granted membership in the organization.

Much like most brokers criticized by their users, Alpari International's users mainly criticized its customer service and withdrawal processing. Quite a few users gave feedback about not being able to withdraw their money, not getting their funds back, and the customer support department not responding to emails.

Andrew shared his detailed experience when he topped up his account but the funds were not credited to his account. Alpari responded with a request for rejection, and he was unable to reach out to the broker via calls and emails. So Andrew assumed it to be a scam.

On the other hand, contrary to the user who praised the trading environment, the user nicknamed "FX hunter" reported that the server ran slow with frequent malfunctions. What's even more disturbing, according to "FX hunter", is that orders to open, close, or modify a position during slight market fluctuations appeared abnormal, and sometimes positions were closed well beyond the stop-loss level.

Alpari International has not responded to either favorable or unfavorable reviews.
