Amana Capital's Chief Business Development Officer Ziad Melhem to Step down

Amana Capital, a specialist in online trading providing institutional and retail clients with direct access to the global financial markets, announced today that Ziad Melhem, its Chief Business Development Officer, will step down at the end of the year to pursue personal interests.

Melhem has been with the broker for over 8 years, where he was CMO from December 2013 to January 2017, then was named as Chief Business Development Officer. He has been serving GoldenHill as CEO since 2009. Besides, his position included Senior Consultant at AM Financials between 2009 to 2012.

Melhem, will stay on in an advisory role to ensure a smooth transition until his successor is found.

"Although I have only recently joined Amana Capital, I have known Ziad for much longer. His successor will have big shoes to fill as Ziad has been instrumental in driving Amana Capital's growth and customer base. We appreciate his staying on in an advisory role for the next few months and I do wish him the best with his new pursuits," said Muhammad Rasoul, who took up the role of Chief Executive Officer this September.
