ATC Brokers UK Reverses Loss in FY24: Operating Profit Soars as Turnover Rises to £5.6m

Forex brokerage firm ATC Brokers has filed its FY24 financial report for its UK operation, ATC Brokers Limited, with Companies House. The business achieved increases in key performance indicators for the fiscal year 2024 ended April 30, 2024.

ATC Brokers Limited reported a turnover of £5,543,848, a significant increase of approximately 165% from the FY23’s £2,092,711. 

In FY24, the company turned losses into profits, making an operating profit of £966,817, a staggering growth from a £47,916 loss incurred in the previous year. Operating profit plus interest receivable and similar income contributed to a pre-tax profit of £976,465. Ultimately, net profit after tax was £799,046, compared to a negative £47,633 in the previous financial year.

Despite a five-fold increase in the cost of sales to £2,581,665, the company still achieved a gross profit of more than £3 million (£3,017,865), soaring nearly 91% from FY23’s 1,582,633.

ATC Brokers Limited also witnessed a significant increase in net assets, from £1,610,854 in FY23 to £2,409,900 at the end of FY24.
