FXPRIMUS is regulated and authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), and France AMF (known as Autorité des Marchés Financiers) under EEA license.

Despite the fact that its Cyprus office is currently being leased out, neither the broker's website nor CySEC has made any statements. As a forex broker offering financial derivatives since its establishment in 2009, FXPRIMUS has been running its business headquartered in Cyprus.
