2021-10-28 BrokersView

Many unscrupulous people try to scam individuals through forex trading scams. Sometimes it can be difficult to know for sure they are problematic until you have already entrusted them with your money. A common problem is the scam brokers refuse to allow clients to withdraw their money with some excuses including paying extra taxes and fees. This is what is known as a forex withdrawal scam.

BrokersView recently learned that some investors have been trapped by so called withdrawal scam conducted by the forex broker Global Capital Aps and lost a large amount of money.

Pay Extra Money Before Withdraw

An investor named V.Ashby posted his bad experience in Global Capital Aps. He was unable to withdraw his money and his money was blocked from his account. The broker asked him to invest another $1000 before he could have access to his account and his funds. It is just another scam!

Another client called Guan Yu reported he was also asked to pay extra money by the scam. He invested with the fraud and when he tried to payout, the broker canceled his withdrawal request. He was told that he had to deposit extra money as tax. He realized that it was just an excuse to cheat him. Global Capital Aps just wanted to steal much more money from him but will never agree a withdrawal request.

Operate Without any Regulatory License

The broker introduces that it has more than 10 years of experience in the Crypto & Forex industry. However, checking online, we found that it was recently built in 2018, just three years ago. Therefore, the broker tells a lie.

Besides, Global Capital Aps shows on its page that it involves in largest shareholder, Forex Trading and Crypto Currency trading. However, it is not subjected to any supervision by authoritative financial institutions around the world. As a trader, you definitely know the basic point- all regulated brokers must get at least one license to operate forex business. In other words, licensed brokers are not only registered but will provide their credentials and help investors verify they are registered and regulated. The fact that Global Capital Aps has no license means: investors' funds in the broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam broker.

BrokersView suggests investors to stay away from Global Capital Aps and keep vigilant when choosing forex brokers. If you are not sure on how to find a licensed broker, you can search on our website to check brokers' details.
