CySEC Announces Revocation of AMP Global's CIF License
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued its decision to withdraw the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) authorization with Number 360/18 of AMP Global Ltd.
AMP Global has held its CIF license since June 2018, and the withdrawal was due to the company’s voluntary renunciation of the license.
The decision was made at CySEC’s meeting on 2nd September 2024 pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05.
