DollarsMarkets Accused by Fifteen Investors of Causing Them to Lose $70,000

Recently, Dollars Markets faced a joint complaint from fifteen investors, alleging unauthorized changes to their account login information. Furthermore, clients accused the broker of neglecting or delaying withdrawal requests for months, despite having sufficient funds in their accounts.

For trading platform users, the efficiency of the withdrawal process is often a top priority. However, Dollars Markets has faced criticism from clients regarding this aspect of its services.

The complainant shared two monthly account reports issued on March 1. One report indicated a balance of $3,650.48, while the other showed a balance of zero. Notably, neither account recorded any positions or transactions during the specified month.

The user reported that several of their investors had submitted withdrawal requests to Dollars Markets, but the platform delayed processing these requests for three months.

The investor further alleged that Dollars Markets had tampered with clients' account login details. A screenshot provided by the investor revealed that the platform's login system displayed an error message stating, 'Invalid username and/or password.'

The complainant claimed that Dollars Markets has caused 15 investors to lose $70,000.

The broker seems to have disregarded the customer's grievances, with the client alleging that company representatives have failed to respond to their messages.

“We kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and raising awareness about the fraudulent practices of Dollars Markets. We believe this will help prevent further victims and protect investors in the Forex market,” said the user.

The BrokersView team reached out to Dollars Markets for a comment on the issue but has yet to receive a response.
