Exposing HSBC Bank Investment: There's No Easy Way to Invest, Only Scammers Lurking

exposing HSBC Bank Investment

Recently, BrokersView has learned that some new investment fraud groups are promoting their deceptive trading packages on Telegram. This piece uncovers “HSBC Bank Investment”, a name very similar to that of a previously exposed scam.

According to HSBC Bank Investment’s Group Info on Telegram, the fraudulent platform claims to offer a simple way of investing, whereby traders simply deposit money without having to learn signals and trade on their own. The “zero risk, learn-less, earn-more” investment scheme is just like saying “You can just sprinkle some funds and watch the money tree grow.” It’s impossible!

Their trading package claims to deliver 2x, 3x, or even 4x profits, depending on the amount you invest. It's a total scam.

What happened to the trader?

A trader was added to HSBC Bank Investment’s group and joined their trading scheme with a capital of RM300 after being persuaded with profit sharing by group members. At first, his friend warned him not to join but he couldn’t resist the “profits”.

When the scammers asked him to pay some fees, he made two transactions accordingly in order to get his pending withdrawals processed. However, for the third transaction, he realized that he had been scammed and that his account had not profited at all.

In all of the Malaysian investment scam groups exposed by BrokersView, these scammers used almost the same fraudulent tactics to prey on people's hard-earned money.

BrokersView Reminds You

Despite the fact that such scams have become commonplace on Telegram and their tricks are not complicated, there are still unsuspecting traders who become new victims and fall into their traps. Therefore, BrokersView is continuously committed to combating these fraudsters and promoting anti-scam knowledge.

It has been observed that the names of these fraudsters usually carry the names of well-known banks or forex brokers, or contain the words “Islamic Shariah”, “Investment” and “Malaysia”. They also tend to misuse the logos of well-known financial institutions.

Their self-description and trading packages are nothing more than boasts of quick and easy money and high returns on small deposits. BrokersView would like to draw people’s attention to the fact that If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.
