Complaints are a valuable resource for a Forex broker to improve services. Responsible brokers actively respond to clients' complaints and offer solutions, while irresponsible ones delay improvement and even refuse to admit mistakes.
IronFX is a multiregulated Forex and CFDs broker. As it gains reputation globally, negative reviews against the firm continue to emerge.
Chessaty was an affiliate of IronFX, and her unpleasant experience with the broker led her to accuse it of being an ‘absolute scammer’ on a public reviewing platform.
The affiliate member complainted about IronFX.
The affiliate worked with IronFX for months and earned commissions by soliciting clients for it, but the broker suddenly stopped paying and replying to her emails.
The sudden termination of the cooperation was not the most concerning issue. The most important problem was how to get the $4,850 that belonged to Chessaty in the dashboard.
Since the broker kept ignoring her complaint, Chessaty was not able to have her money back. Therefore she rated only one star to IronFX and said “Stay far away from them as a client and affiliate!”
IronFx has replied to the rating. According to its reply, the broker denied that IronFX had transactions with Chessaty, and indicated the review was false.
“It appears there might be a misunderstanding or some confusion regarding your experience,” said IronFX.
“It is concerning to see a review that seems intended to harm our company's reputation unjustly. We take such matters seriously and are dedicated to addressing any genuine concerns our customers may have,” the broker added.
IronFX's reply.
The broker’s reply seemed to have made the situation worse.
Obviously, Chessaty was not satisfied with the words. She updated the review and said the staff of IronFX reached out to her. Even though a £50 compensation was offered to her after the review was posted, Chessaty only claimed for the money she had earned.
