JasFX: Unregulated Broker Withholds Client Funds

JasFX is an unregulated forex broker that poses great investment risks to its clients. Recently, a trader from Vietnam voiced his dissatisfaction with this broker.

According to the victim, he registered with JasFX in November last year and deposited $5,000. In May this year, he submitted a withdrawal request, which the broker inexplicably delayed.

Despite JasFX’s failure to proactively communicate the reason for the delay, the investor took the initiative to inquire about the situation through Customer Support. Unfortunately, staff members have yet to provide a satisfactory response.

Transaction record provided by the victim

The victim sent 22 emails to the broker and made 11 phone calls within a month. Despite the investor’s repeated explanations of his distress and emphasis on the urgency of the matter, the staff merely acknowledged that the problem had been noticed and promised to verify the information and respond "as soon as possible".

The victim firmly believed that JasFX intentionally delayed his withdrawal request, disregarded customer demands, and even suspected the company of misappropriating client funds. The unexplained delays inflicted significant losses, rendering it impossible for the victim to continue trading and adversely affecting his daily life.

The Vietnamese investor strongly condemned JasFX and wrote about his experience through BrokersView, hoping to warn others not to fall victim to JasFX.

According to BrokersView's investigation, JasFX is not authorized by any financial regulator and the trading products and services it offers are not subject to legal oversight in any jurisdiction. Although the broker is registered with the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA), the SVG FSA does not regulate forex activities nor does it license any financial firms. Please do not mistake an SVG FSA-registered broker for a legitimate Forex broker.

For your financial safety, please stay away from unregulated brokers like JasFX.
