New Unlicensed Forex Brokers Warned by the Spainsh Financial Regulator

Recently, three unauthorized Forex brokers were warned by the National Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores), the Spanish regulator.

The CNMV, Spain’s financial markets regulator, supervises the Spanish financial market. Brokers blacklisted by this authority lack authorization to offer financial services legally in Spain. This serves as a warning to investors who might select a broker without sufficient fund protection.
