Prop Firm Indigo Trader Funding Ceases Operations and Closes Its Website

On August 21, proprietary trading firm Indigo Trader Funding announced to cease operations via social media platform X.

“Indigo Trader Funding ceased trading and, as of today, has ended any agreements/partnerships attributed to the operation of the evaluation model prop firm.”

This company further stated in its announcement, “It is with regret that we hold our hands up and admit that we failed in this business endeavour.”

The company also emphasized that “Website must be closed by end of day today. (August 21).” The prop firm's website is now inaccessible.

The announcement comes after the firm paused updates on its social media for about a month. The move has caused anxiety among many Indigo Trader Funding customers.

As for client funds, Indigo Trader Funding stated that it has requested its operating partners to refund the remaining available funds to active accounts.

Indigo Trader Funding made the decision to cease operations at the end of July. It was reported that the firm applied for a UK company deregistration on August 12^th, which was approved just a day before the closure announcement was released.
