Prop Trading Firm MyFundedFX Partners with Blueberry Markets to Bring MetaTrader Back to non-US Clients

2024-02-27 BrokersView

MyFundedFX, one of the many proprietary trading firms affected by the MetaQuotes restrictions, announced that it has partnered with Blueberry Markets to offer MetaTrader trading platforms to non-U.S. clients.

Blueberry Markets has replaced ThinkMarkets as MyFundedFX’s brokerage partner. ThinkMarkets recently sent notices to "existing proprietary trading firms to cease onboarding US registrations and to terminate any existing US customers."

MyFundedFX, which had already limited its services to U.S. clients last week, also offered clients the option to migrate to MetaTrader's rival DXtrade platform.

“We brought back MT4 with Blueberry Markets, and [it] is now available for purchase, and also for those who do not want to be switched from ThinkMarkets to DXtrade, can be switched to Blueberry Markets,” the broker noted on its official Discord server. “This only applies to non-U.S. customers.”

In addition to MetaTrader and DXtrade, the prop platform is integrating two other trading platforms: Match-Trade and cTrader.

For its U.S. clients, the prop trading platform has partnered with DXtrade to provide the service and will offer Match-Trade and cTrader to them. However, it will continue to limit the availability of MetaTrader to U.S. traders.

“For our US customers, we are trying to bring you more platforms and consistency in the industry where there has been none lately,” MyFundedFX added. “We already have DXTrade, which will also have Tradingview integration and familiarity as well as mobile access. Match Trader and CTrader are on the way as fast as possible, and we will continually explore other opportunities to make sure our U.S. customers have a comfortable place to trade.”

Meanwhile, many other prop firms have recently migrated to MetaTrader alternatives such as DXTrade.
