Prop Trading Firms The Funded Trader and Swift Funding Migrates to DXtrade Due to Restrictions by MetaQuotes

2024-02-23 BrokersView

Joining Lark Funding, MyFundedFX, and other peers, proprietary trading firms The Funded Trader and Swift Funding plan to move to DXTrade in response to service restrictions imposed on the prop trading industry by MetaQuotes.

“Soon we’ll be launching DXTrade, and this will change your trading experience forever! With cutting-edge technology and features specifically designed to revolutionize your trading experience, DXTrade brings speed, efficiency, and smooth trading to your experience,” The Funded Trader tweeted.

In an X post, Hong Kong-based prop trading firm Swift Funding also mentioned that “DXtrade is landing soon at Swift Funding! Get ready to experience the pinnacle of precision and performance in trading technology. Stay tuned for the launch and elevate your trading strategy!”

As a result of tighter regulation on the prop trading industry in the United States and restrictions imposed by MetaQuotes, many prop firms have abandoned MT4 or MT5 in favor of other trading platforms to continue operations.

In addition to DXTrade, Spotware Systems' cTrader has become a popular migration choice for companies such as True Forex Funds, Smart Prop Trader, Funded Trader, and Alpha Capital, among others.
