We aim to provide useful insight into how they value their clients’ opinions and the overall level of customer service they provide.
The most prevalent complaints this month encompass a variety of issues. The eight brokers included in the July Bad List have all been proven to be scams and have suffered multiple customer complaints during the month, with topics ranging from inability to withdraw funds, account freezes, allegations of fraudulent practices, and brokers absconding with funds. These brokered ignored customer complaints and fraudulently took money from customers. Notably, Pocket Option, which has been the subject of customer complaints this month, has once again raised doubts, with BrokersView conducting a comprehensive review of its licensing status and finding that its only MISA license has been canceled, making it a truly unlicensed broker. A month apart, Quotex was once again placed in the Bad List with a 0% complaint processing satisfaction rate. We recommend that you do not engage with unauthorized brokers that do not handle customer complaints.
