Spanish Regulator CNMV Warns Against Seven Unregistered Brokers

On September 9, 2024, the Spanish regulator National Securities Market Commission (CNMV, Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) issued warnings on seven entities.

According to CNMV records, these institutions are not registered in the corresponding registry of this Commission and, therefore, are not authorized to provide investment services or other activities subject to the CNMV’s supervision.

The entity uses UK telephone numbers (+44) to contact clients in Spain and fraudulently present themselves as directors and/or representatives and/or employees of JFD GROUP LTD, SUCURSAL EN ESPAÑA, and its website https://www.jfdbrokers.com, duly registered in Spain as an investment services company with number 136.
