Vourteige Warned Three Times by Luxembourg and UK Fnancial Regulators

Luxembourg's Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has issued a warning alerting the fraudulent activities carried out by Vourteige.

According to information provided on Vourteige's website, it is a financial company that provides online trading services including Forex, CFDs and cryptocurrencies.

Vourteige claims to be a brand operated by Quintero LLC, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, but the local financial services authority, SVG FSA, is not a forex regulator and provides no legal protection for brokers of such assets.

Besides this registration information, Vourteige provided no further regulatory information.

The CSSF also found that the broker claimed to be registered in Luxembourg but no financial authorization was obtained by Vourteige.

“Vourteige is not supervised by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.”

In addition, the UK's Financial Conduct Authority, the FCA, also warned Vourteige twice, in June and October this year, highlighting that the broker was not authorized to provide financial services in the UK.
