ANSWER Apex Platform is offering financial services outside of any regulatory frameworks.Apex Platform claims to be registered in Australia but lacks the necessary licenses from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). It also provides a UK registration number, 10512494 LLC 2022, which, however, is linked to a dissolved, unrelated company. Adding to concerns, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has issued a warning about the unauthorized services offered on the website apexplatform.tech.Given these circumstances, Apex Platform is not a safe option for traders, posing risks including fraud and identity theft. To mitigate such risks, investors are advised to steer clear of unlicensed platforms like Apex Platform and instead opt for fully regulated ones.
