ANSWER The website of BITPRIMAL is currently shut down. While it used to offer a phone number and an email address, it is a scam and thus will intentionally ignore your messages.According to our records, BITPRIMAL provided a certificate from the Companies House (CH) to appear legitimate and was allegedly domiciled in the UK. But it is an illegal firm and its unlicensed activities had drawn the attention from the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which issued a warning against the platform, saying it was illegally targeting British citizens without their authorization. The full warning can be accessed here.It is a common phenomenon that numerous scammers disappear by disabling their websites and applications. We urge you to report the fraud to the local police and the relevant financial regulatory bodies as soon as possible. Please stop sending money and personal information to BITPRIMAL and do not have further dealings with it, or you will lose more.
