ANSWER ClydeTrade is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. ClydeTrade claims to be owned by Tetris Group LTD, a company registered in the Commonwealth of Dominica with a registration number 2021/IBC00019. However, as per information we have, there is no any forex regulator in Dominica. Moreover, the Italy Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) and the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) both issued warnings that ClydeTrade is not supervised by any regulators and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services. You can check full warnings from CONSOB and CSSF.The truth is, ClydeTrade is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like ClydeTrade and trade with licensed brokers.
