ANSWER ETF Corp is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true.ETF Corp claims to be a licensed broker under multiple regulations, including: 1) the Financial Services Commission of Belize (Belize FSC), 2) the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), 3) the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (Mauritius FSC).However, we did not find any results that matched this broker in Belize FSC, CySEC or Mauritius FSC. Moreover, the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) issued a warning that ETF Corp was not authorised to provide the investment services. You can check the full warning from here.The truth is, ETF Corp is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like ETF Corp and trade with licensed brokers.
