As such, it is not permitted to operate as a forex broker in the US.What's more, it is also illegally targeting British investors, eliciting a warning from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK's financial watchdog. The FCA cautioned the public to stay away from this unlicensed platform.Therefore, trading with FXSTART STRADING is risky, as there are no regulatory protections in place to safeguard investors' interests.
