ANSWER GADVM is an unregulated broker falling outside of regulatory framework, and thus it is not licensed in the UK either.GADVM fails to disclose its regulatory information, a clear indicator of a scam.Since GADVM purports to be operated by GADVM Limited and have an office in Luxemburg, we searched for this company in the register of the Financial Industry Authority (CSSF), Luxemburg's financial regulator. However, no matching entries exist. This is another red flag.More importantly, both the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) and the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) have added GADVM to their warning lists for providing investment services without the required authorization. It comes with significant risks, such as financial losses and identity theft.
