ANSWER Upon our investigation, SMART LIFE DIGITAL is a scam that you should avoid.Firstly, SMART LIFE DIGITAL didn't offer any information about its regulatory status, throwing a red flag to investors as legitimate counterparts always prominently display such information.Secondly, after confirming its illegal operations without the required authorization, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added SMART LIFE DIGITAL to its warning list.Therefore, we have come to the conclusion that SMART LIFE DIGITAL is a fraudulent platform. If investors deal with it, they are exposed to significant risks such as fraud and identity theft. To avoid such risks, it is advisable to choose a fully regulated broker than an unlicensed one like SMART LIFE DIGITAL.
