ANSWER Valuta Markets is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. Valuta Markets claims to be operated by MVE Holdings Ltd, a company registered in Marshall Islands and regulated by "MISA". However, MISA is not a forex regulator, so we only searched the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI) and found the company. But please be informed that IRI is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.Moreover, the France Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) issued a warning that Valuta Markets was not authorized to provide forex services. You can check the full warning from here.The truth is, Valuta Markets is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Valuta Markets and trade with licensed brokers
