Furthermore, the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) hasn't established a regulatory framework for forex brokers in Mexico. The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has added AVE TRADE to its warning list for being unauthorized.
