The Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center of Canada (FINTRAC) is Canada's financial intelligence unit, headquartered in Ottawa. It is an independent agency that reports to the Minister of Finance and is accountable to the Parliamentary Activity Centre. FINTRAC is a member of the Egmont Union (FIU), whose purpose is to enhance cooperation and exchange of information to support member countries' anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regimes.

The FINTRAC does not regulate foreign exchange.
